Flame-retardant material with excellent heat resistance, electrical insulation, and chemical resistance for fire prevention measures in lithium-ion batteries.

The flame-resistant cover features high flame resistance that meets flame retardant standards, as well as heat resistance that does not burn or melt even when exposed to flames. Additionally, it is easier to handle and process than glass fibers and aramid fibers, allowing for composite use with other materials. 【Features】 ■ Flame resistant… LOI (Limiting Oxygen Index) value of 50 or higher ■ Excellent heat resistance… does not burn or melt at measured temperatures of 300 to 500°C ■ Non-conductive… resistivity of 10⁸ to 10¹⁰ Ω ■ Lightweight… 50g/m² to 400g/m² ■ Easy to handle and process… adhesive processing with materials like aluminum is also possible.
